By using this app, you consent that vFairs LLC or its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “vFairs”) will act as a “data processor” on behalf of the event organizer, and that we will collect any information that you submit in this app, and statistics about your usage—which means that your attendance will be tracked, and your name will be visible to other users of the app.

As provider of this app, vFairs will not use the collected information for any purpose other than making it available to you, and transferring it to the event organizer after the event.

vFairs will delete any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) you submit from all its systems within 60 days from the close of the app.

Please contact the event organizer (the “data controller”) for their privacy policy with regards to your collected data.
